Company Established and Business

Officially Launched Dadi Geotech Beijing was established, marking the start of its geotechnical engineering and ground improvement services. In the same year, the company obtained the Grade III Professional Contracting Qualification for Foundation Engineering, laying the foundation for construction project delivery.

2021

Beijing–Guangdong Dual-Base Structure Formed

Dadi Geotech Beijing obtained the Grade B Engineering Investigation Qualification for Geotechnical Engineering Design, providing formal qualification support for its geotechnical investigation and design services. In the same year, Dadi Geotech Guangdong obtained the Grade I Professional Contracting Qualification for Foundation Engineering, further enhancing the company’s capacity to undertake and deliver large-scale projects.

Business Scope Continued to Expand

The company continued to expand its services in ground reinforcement, new energy materials projects and high-fill site formation, while also undertaking overseas site formation design support, extending its capabilities from domestic construction delivery to integrated technical support.

2023

Technical Experience Transformed into Standardised Outcomes

The company participated as a chief editor in the compilation of the Technical Specification for Site Formation Engineering, helping transform engineering experience into standardised technical outcomes. In the same year, the company was recognised as a Beijing “Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” SME, further acknowledging its professional development and technical innovation capabilities.

2024

National High-Tech Enterprise Recognition and Growing Technical Influence

Both Dadi Geotech Beijing and Dadi Geotech Guangdong were recognised as National High-Tech Enterprises, reflecting the company’s continued progress in technical R&D and engineering application. Several geotechnical technical specifications involving the company were also released, further strengthening its technical influence in complex site formation and ground improvement.

2025

Large-Scale Project Breakthrough and Overseas Construction Capability Implemented

The company undertook the ground improvement works for the CNOOC Shell Huizhou Phase III Ethylene Project, further strengthening its service capability in complex ground improvement for large-scale petrochemical projects. In the same year, Dadi Geotech Thailand undertook its first overseas dynamic compaction project and gradually established site investigation, laboratory testing and dynamic compaction capabilities, marking the implementation of its overseas on-site construction and comprehensive geotechnical service capabilities.

2026

International Brand Upgrade Initiated

The company initiated an international brand upgrade and began using the QUAMBO brand name and logo, further shaping a professional and internationally oriented geotechnical engineering brand identity.

Weihou Shui

Founder & Technical Lead

Dr. Weihou Shui is a geotechnical engineering specialist with over two decades of experience in large-scale foundation treatment and complex ground improvement projects. As Founder and Technical Lead, he defines Quambo’s technical standards, engineering methodology, and long-term innovation strategy.

He has led major national-level projects across petrochemical complexes, coastal reclamation platforms, high-fill developments, and heavy industrial infrastructure — ensuring performance reliability under demanding geological conditions.

At Quambo, he oversees technical governance, performance verification systems, and the integration of research with engineering execution.

Wei Liang

Director, Contracts & Cost

Wei Liang leads contract governance, cost management, and procurement strategy at QUAMBO. He is responsible for supplier management, tendering processes, commercial negotiations, and contractual oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

With a structured approach to cost planning and contractual risk allocation, he ensures that budgets are aligned with technical scope and execution realities. His work strengthens supplier performance management and reinforces disciplined procurement practices across complex engineering environments.

Bingyin Dong

Director, Technical Development

Bingyin Dong leads engineering research, technical development, and methodology advancement at QUAMBO. He is responsible for refining design frameworks, strengthening analytical standards, and integrating innovation into ground improvement practices.

With extensive experience in foundation treatment and complex soil conditions, he oversees technical solution development across diverse project environments. His work ensures that engineering decisions are grounded in rigorous investigation, performance-based design, and practical constructability.

Lijun He

Director, Engineering Verification

Lijun He specialises in geotechnical testing, instrumentation, and performance monitoring. With a background in geophysical exploration and information technology, he brings strong analytical capability to foundation evaluation and construction verification.

He has led numerous foundation testing, settlement observation, and structural monitoring programmes across industrial, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects. His expertise ensures that ground behaviour is accurately measured, interpreted, and aligned with engineering design expectations.

At QUAMBO, he oversees testing standards, monitoring systems, and technical validation processes — reinforcing data integrity and performance accountability across ground improvement works.

Feng Zhao

Director, Market Development

Feng Zhao leads QUAMBO’s commercial strategy and international market expansion. He is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning the company’s engineering capabilities in overseas markets.

With extensive experience in tender strategy, client development, and commercial negotiation, he translates technical strengths into competitive project acquisition. His work focuses on market entry planning, cross-border business coordination, and long-term relationship building.

Liang Tan

Director, Project Delivery

Liang Tan leads project execution and delivery management at QUAMBO. He is responsible for project planning, team coordination, and site control to ensure that engineering solutions are delivered on schedule and to defined quality standards.

With extensive experience in foundation pit design and geotechnical investigation, he brings strong technical understanding into construction management. His background enables him to translate design intent into practical execution strategies, ensuring alignment between engineering methodology and on-site implementation.
