| Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of construction plans and technical briefings for overseas projects; apply international and local technical standards to ensure effective alignment between design and construction.
- Establish quality checkpoints for critical processes; conduct technical reviews and measurement verifications; drive benchmark-led construction to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
- Independently assess and resolve complex technical issues on-site; leverage cross-cultural communication skills to coordinate efficient solutions and maintain complete records.
- Identify geological, environmental, and other potential technical risks specific to overseas projects; develop proactive response plans ahead of time.
- Oversee the organization and review of project technical documents, construction records, and as-built materials; ensure completeness and compliance for project handover and audit requirements.
- Demonstrate strong cross-cultural adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit; remain composed and effective in complex environments; good physical fitness suitable for long-term overseas deployment.
| Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field; 2+ years of geotechnical engineering and technical management experience; overseas project experience preferred; exceptional candidates may be considered with flexible education requirements.
- Proficient in CAD, Lizheng Geotechnical, Civil 3D, and other professional software; skilled in operating RTK, leveling instruments (水准仪), and total stations (全站仪); familiar with international engineering technical standards and local construction codes.
- Basic English communication ability — able to read technical documents and conduct day-to-day professional exchanges; proficiency in the project country's local language is a plus.
