| Responsibilities
- Participate in the investigation, design, construction, and tendering of geotechnical engineering projects including slopes, excavations, high fills, and ground improvement.
- Collect, organize, and analyze geotechnical investigation data; perform calculations and analysis; complete scheme design, drawing preparation, and design documentation.
- Participate in detailed construction drawing development; visit project sites to understand on-site conditions and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare construction method statements and construction organization plans.
- Use professional software for terrain and earthwork calculations, schedule planning, and technical-economic comparisons.
- Participate in design reviews, propose optimization suggestions, and follow up to ensure technical closure.
- Engage in applicability studies of new technologies and materials; assist in compiling relevant documentation.
| Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in geotechnical design or engineering; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in CAD; skilled in at least one professional analysis software such as PKPM, GEO5, Plaxis, or Midas.
- Familiar with relevant technical codes and standards; possesses fundamental engineering logic and manual calculation capabilities.
- English proficiency as a working language for technical writing and communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, execution capability, and teamwork awareness.
- Good cross-cultural communication skills; able to work in a multicultural environment and willing to attend a 6-month training programme in Beijing.
